  • How do I get started?

Here's a brief guide on how to get started, from setting up your account to designing your products.

If you’d like to sell products in your online store:
  1. Sign up to create an account with NovaTomato.
  2. Click here to check the platform integrations, and connect your NovaTomato account to your online store.
  3. Select products that you want to design for your business from the Product page.
  4. Design your products with our NovaTomato Design Lab. Make sure your designs meet our Content Guidelines.
  5. Click “Add to store”. The selected products will automatically be published to your connected online store.
  6. When an order comes in, it’ll be displayed on your Dashboard, in the list of “Orders”, with the status as “Unpaid”. After you complete the payment, it’ll be processed and sent to production automatically.

If you want to order for yourself or place a sample order:

Option 1:

  1. Sign up to create your account.
  2. Select a product from the Product list, then click “Start Designing” to design your product with the NovaTomato Design Lab.
  3. When you finish designing, click “Preview” to see how the final product will look. If you are satisfied with it, click “Add to Cart”, complete the payment, and we’ll process and ship the order to you directly.

Option 2:

In your Dashboard, click “Add New Merch” to select the product from the Merch, click “Start Designing” to design, following with “Add to Cart”. Once you have completed the payment, we’ll process and ship the order to your desired address directly.

  • How do I create a product with NovaTomato?
  1. In your Dashboard, click “Merch” category then “Add New Merch”.
  2. Select a product and click “Start Designing” to design the product with the NovaTomato Design Lab.
  3. When you finish your design, click “Save as Merch”. The product will be displayed in your Merch list.
  4. If you’d like to publish the product to your online store, please select your product and then click “Add to Store”. From here, you can edit the product name, description, and any variations (including size, color, and more). Once finalized, click “Add to Store”, and the designed product will be published to your online store. Or you can wait and choose to publish it later. It’s all up to you.
  • Do I need to create my own store to sell with NovaTomato?

If you don’t own an online storefront, you’re still able to sell products through NovaTomato. However, there won’t be automatic product releases or order integrations, and you’ll need to place orders manually within your NovaTomato Dashboard.

It’s recommended that you set up your online store with one of our platform integrations, so the order can automatically be sent to NovaTomato – that way, you only need to focus on your business growth. We offer integration with some popular platforms, and you may read the guidance here .

  • What are the preferred web browsers for NovaTomato?

It’s recommended to use Google Chrome, and NovaTomato supports Mozilla Firefox and Safari as well. Please update your browser with the latest version to have the best user experience with NovaTomato.

  • How do I get in touch with NovaTomato Customer Care?

Whenever you have any questions, always feel free to contact our Customer Care using any of the contact methods below.

  • What can I do in the NovaTomato Dashboard?

Find all information regarding order tracking, merchant management, store integration, account administration, and more within the NovaTomato Dashboard.

Orders:

All orders can be found here. Search by the order number or customer name, or Filter by channel and/or creation date to help you locate orders quickly. You can read more here to know about the order status information.

Merch:

From this list, you can:

  • Add new Merch,
  • Add Merch to your online store,
  • Add Merch to the cart to place the order for you,
  • Edit Merch, which will bring you to the NovaTomato Design Lab to edit the design.

Stores:

You can integrate your online stores with the marketplaces which NovaTomato support. Read the articles here for the integration guidance.

Branding:

You can upload your brand logo to empower your orders with full Branding Assets. See available customization options for your branding here.

Billing:

You can view the billing history here. A combination of criteria enables you to search for the exact orders you want.

Statistics:

Find sales statistics, including all your orders with NovaTomato.

Settings:

Profile – Personal Information:

You can edit your profile information here. Please note that the email address is not editable and cannot be changed.

Profile – Shipping Configuration:

You can set up your preferred shipping method here for the orders from the online stores. As a default, all orders shipped from your online store are sent via Priority shipping. After the shipping method has been changed, orders from your store will be shipped with your selected shipping method.

Please note that if you place an order directly from NovaTomato, you can select the shipping method during the checkout process.

Address List:

Delivery addresses can be added or edited here. You can also select one address to set it as the primary address by clicking “Set as default”.

  • How do I edit my account details?

To manage your account details, click Dashboard>Settings>Profile. The “Profile” tab contains the following information:

Personal Information

You can edit your name here.

Note that the login email can’t be changed.

Shipping Configuration

You can set up your preferred shipping method here for the orders from the online stores. As a default, all orders shipped from your online store are sent via Priority shipping. After the shipping method has been changed, orders from your store will be shipped with your selected shipping method.

Please note that if you place an order directly from NovaTomato, you can select the shipping method during the checkout process.

  • How do I reset my password?

If you’d like to change your password, or if you forgot your password, at the “Sign In” page, click on “Forgot Password”. You’ll receive an automated email with detailed steps on how to proceed.

If you don’t receive an email:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Add support@novatomato.com to your address book.
  • If you still haven’t received an email to reset your password, follow the above steps again to receive another email with a new password reset link.

If you have trouble resetting your password or can’t sign in to your account, please reach out to our Customer Care for assistance.

  • Can I transfer ownership of my account to another user?

We don’t support the transfer of your account to another user. You are responsible for all activity that occurs via your account. You must keep your account password secure and not disclose your account information to other users. NovaTomato cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the obligations. More details can be found here.
