  • Which sales channels does NovaTomato integrate with?

NovaTomato currently offers integration with sales channels, including Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce and Squarespace . You can read the integration instructions in the next part. In the near future, integration with other platforms will be available.

  • What happens after integrating with NovaTomato?

After integration, you’ll be able to publish products you designed with NovaTomato to your online store available for purchase by your customers.

When a customer submits an order to your online store, the order is automatically imported into NovaTomato. If you already added a billing method, your default payment method will be charged for said orders. If you haven’t added the billing methods, the orders’ status is unpaid from your Dashboard>Orders, and you’ll need to complete the payment manually. Once the payment is confirmed and received, the order is sent to production. Click here to learn how to add the billing methods.

Most of the work is taken care of by us, and you only need to focus on boosting sales and keeping your customers satisfied.

  • How do I set up the product’s retail prices?

You can set up the retail prices when you add the products to your online store by following the prompts. After the product is added, you’ll need to log in to your account on the sales platforms to edit the prices.

Please be aware that you will need to markup the prices in your account in order to reflect your expected profit from sales, as it will sync our base product prices.

For example, the base price covers our fees and manufacturing costs. Your markup will be the amount you want as profit, and the retail price is the combined base price and markup. The retail price is what your customers will see in your online store.

  • What happens when an order comes in?

When a customer purchases a product in your online store, the order will be automatically sent to NovaTomato.

If you already added a billing method, your default payment method will be charged for said orders. If you haven’t added the billing methods, the orders’ status is unpaid from your Dashboard>Orders , and you’ll need to complete the payment manually.

After payment is received, the order will be sent to production.

Once the order is completed and shipped, its tracking information will be automatically updated in your Dashboard.

Shopify

  • How can I integrate my Shopify store?

You can integrate your Shopify store with NovaTomato either from your Shopify app or directly on NovaTomato.com.

Integrating from Shopify

  1. Open the Shopify app store by clicking on “Apps” → Visit the Shopify App Store.
  2. Search for “NovaTomato” to find our app.
  3. Next, click “Add App” and then “Install App” to proceed.
  4. Sign up with your email address to start using our app integrated with Shopify, or log in to NovaTomato.com if you already have an account.

Integrating from NovaTomato.com

From your Dashboard, click “Stores”, “Connect Shopify Store”, and follow the prompts. You can connect to more than one Shopify store.

  • How do I add my products to Shopify?

From your Dashboard:

  1. Click Merch and select the product you want to add to your store by checking the box.
  2. Click Add to Store.
  3. On the following page, select the store and then the pick sizes and mockup images. You can edit the product title and description and set the product pricing. Click Submit to store to finalize and automatically send this product to your store. The product is now visible in your store.
    • Note: You can add multiple products from the merch lists at the same time. The profit margin is set to 40% by default. After the product is added, you need to go to your Shopify account to edit the price.
  • How do I set up delivery for my Shopify store?

You need to log in to your Shopify account to set up delivery.

Wix

  • How can I integrate my Wix store?

You can integrate your Wix store with NovaTomato either from your Wix app or directly on NovaTomato.com.

Integration from Wix

  1. Open the Wix app store by clicking on “Apps” → Visit the Wix App Market.
  2. Search for “NovaTomato” to find our app.
  3. Next, click “Add App” and then “Install App” to proceed.
  4. Sign up with your email address to start using our app integrated with Wix, or log in to NovaTomato.com if you already have an account.

Integration from NovaTomato.com

  • How do I add my products to Wix?

WooCommerce

  • How can I integrate my WooCommerce store?

You can integrate your WooCommerce store following the steps below.

  1. Enable REST API in your WooCommerce settings. From your WordPress admin panel, open WooCommerce → Settings. Next, navigate to the Advanced tab and click on Legacy API. Check the box next to Enable the legacy REST API, then click Save changes.
  2. Make sure that permalink settings are not set to Plain. WooCommerce REST API currently works only when WordPress permalinks are enabled. So in order to use the API, you need to make sure that the Permalink setting is not set to the default value. You can go to Settings → Permalinks, under “Common Settings” choose any other link structure other than “Plain” in order for the WooCommerce API to work.
  3. Connect your store. Log in NovaTomato.com and click here to start connecting your WooCommerce store to NovaTomato. And input your WooCommerce store URL, making sure it is exactly as seen in your WordPress admin → Settings.
  • How do I add my products to WooCommerce?

  • How can I integrate my Squarespace store?

Click here to connect your Squarespace store to NovaTomato. Log into your Squarespace account, choose your Squarespace store, follow the prompts, and click “Allow”. After the installation, you can start adding products to your store.

  • How do I add my products to Squarespace?

From your Dashboard:
