Shipping costs may differ based on the type, size, and quantity of products in an order. If you order multiple products, you can calculate the shipping costs when adding them to the cart for checkout or check each one on every product page’s shipping section.

Why does the flat shipping rate only apply to medium (M) and large (L) sizes?
Our shipping fees for products beyond large (L) sizes are calculated based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of the parcel.
Do I have to calculate shipping rates for my store manually?
The website automatically calculates the shipping cost during checkout and will provide an itemized list of the total cost (including product prices, fees, and taxes). However, you need to set your shipping rates manually to reflect your chosen sales platform.
How do I set up shipping rates?
If there is more than one shipping method to the destination country/region, you can set up your preferred shipping method under Dashboard > Setting > Profile. If you want to charge the delivery fees to your customer, you need to set up the shipping cost option within your account under the sales channels section.
How long does it take orders to be produced and delivered?
It usually takes 5-7 business days (on average) to produce an order. Our estimated delivery timeframe includes the time it takes to manufacture an order. Shipping times may vary based on the selected shipping methods and final delivery destination. You can click here for more information.
